The company
The Institute for Vocational Training is one of the largest private training providers in Germany. Our employees work for our customers at around 140 training locations throughout Germany. IBB's managers are recognized partners in the industry's leading associations and in innovation projects of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
The quality
IBB was the first national training institute with DIN certification. The internal quality management system regularly confirms a high level of customer satisfaction; participants achieve above-average final results and are thus optimally equipped for practical work, both professionally and personally. Our experienced lecturers use effective methods to teach strategies and tools that enable a lasting successful learning outcome and subsequent implementation of what has been learned.
The innovation
In 2007, IBB was the first German training provider to launch a new form of learning in vocational training: the Virtual Online Academy VIONA®. With this learning method, participants take part in lessons from a computer via the Internet and communicate live with the course instructor and other participants as if they were in a real classroom. Today, more than 4,500 participants learn in the virtual academy every day.
The clients
IBB's clients include the Federal Employment Agency, job centers, opting municipalities, the state governments as partners of the European Social Fund and companies,
authorities, the Federal Armed Forces Vocational Training Service and private individuals.
