High professional and family demands, constant pressure to perform and meet deadlines, worries about the future and existential fears - the pressure we are exposed to on a daily basis is high. Many people today find it difficult to find inner peace, to pause, reflect and organize. But if you don't allow yourself much time for retreat, you quickly lose touch with yourself. I would like to support you in (re)establishing this contact, e.g. through relaxation exercises such as mindfulness meditation (MBSR), progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobson, fantasy journeys for children, the method of poetry therapy, individual stress management and burnout counseling.
But I am also available as a psychotherapist for life crises, anxiety, grief, break-ups and much more, using the method of client-centered talk therapy and behavioral therapy methods.
