We run an alpaca breeding farm in Ankum/ Druchhorn near Osnabrück in Lower Saxony.
We have been keeping alpacas on our Artländer farm, which dates back to 1440, since 2010. Our focus is on breeding very high quality gray and Appaloosa alpacas.
Through a very targeted selection of high-quality and well-bred lines, we are getting closer and closer to our goal of grey alpacas with the fiber values of white animals.
In the meantime, 75% of our herd consists of very high quality gray animals, or alpacas with a very long gray pedigree.
We have achieved a high level of quality through very targeted purchases at home and abroad.
For us, fiber and conformation count equally! We want healthy alpacas that pass on their positive characteristics to their offspring.
We only sell our animals if we are completely convinced that they will have a good life with their new owners.
