The CNC-controlled waterjet cutting systems can use a high-pressure jet of up to 4,200 bar to precisely cut material thicknesses of over 200 mm (depending on the material) without any heat.
In conjunction with the selected cutting technology and the corresponding material, almost right-angled cutting edges are produced without heat influence and edge deformation (or burr formation).
